Contains an easily adjusted contact. This load limiter can be preset at the factory or can be
custom set in the field by your maintenance personnel. Example of application: Can be installed
on a 4 part reeved - 5 ton hoist. Secured to 1 line of cable and set to 2500 lbs. When hoist is loaded to
10,000 lbs or more... a contact will open, cutting out the up circuitry and allowing the down function to operate.
This product will increase the life of your lifting device and will create a safer environment for the operator.

on a 4 part reeved - 7.5 or 10 ton hoist. Secured to 1 line of cable and set to desired cutoff capacity. When hoist is loaded to cutoff
capacity... a contact will open, cutting out the up circuitry and allowing the down function to operate.
Also this load cell has an additional contact that can be used for a horn or light warning device when the load cell actuates.

LLL-18 Load Cell for Wire Rope Hoists. Easily attaches directly to wire rope cable
and is adjustable to fine tune capacity allowable before up circuitry is disabled.
Allows protection of hoist by disabling excessive loads. This load cell is good for
up to 3300 lbs. per line. Example: Control of a 1 to 1.5 Ton application at
single part reeving or 5 Ton with 4 part reeving. Can be factory set or field adjusted
